At Convante, we believe trust is built through transparency. This document details our commitment to protecting your personal information, aligned with Law N° 29733 and Peru's Personal Data Protection regulations. We take every piece of data you entrust to us seriously.
1. Data We Process
When you interact with convante.com, we collect only what's essential: your name and email when you complete our contact form, along with your message content. Automatically, our servers log basic technical data like your IP address, the browser you use, and which sections of the site you visit. We don't use invasive tracking technologies or behavioral profiling.
2. Purpose of Processing
Your data serves specific and limited purposes: responding to inquiries you send us, personalizing educational content based on your expressed interests, and complying with legal requirements when applicable. We never use your information for third-party advertising or monetize it in any way.
3. Security Measures
We apply up-to-date security protocols: TLS encryption for all communications, restricted database access through multi-factor authentication, and periodic vulnerability reviews. Our technical team keeps systems updated according to industry best practices.
4. Your ARCO Rights
Peruvian law grants you rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition over your personal data. You can request a copy of the information we hold, correct inaccurate data, delete your information from our records, or object to certain processing. We address these requests within a maximum of 10 business days.
5. Transfers and Third Parties
Convante does not sell personal data. In exceptional cases, we may share information with technology service providers who assist us in operating the site, always under contracts guaranteeing equivalent protection levels. When faced with valid court orders, we will comply with the law and notify you when possible.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the described purposes. Contact messages are retained for 18 months to ensure proper follow-up; after that period, they are securely deleted. Technical browsing logs are automatically purged every 90 days.
